Looking to learn English?

We're looking for young asylum seekers aged 13-21 years old to join our ESOL programme.

We provide a warm, compassionate space in which young people can safely explore their stories and experiences at their own pace through creativity. A series of tasters and mini projects help to form a community of practice, supportive relationships and a sense of belonging in Thanet.

This exploration may take the form of music, photography, film, drawing, painting, creative computing and dance. Activities will be based at our studio, with the chance to visit local cultural spaces, galleries, and small businesses. Young asylum seekers will then be supported to share their projects with the wider community.

Ages 13 - 21 years old

Mondays 4pm - 6pm (Starting the 12th of September)

Arts Education Exchange, 59 Northdown Road, CT9 2RJ
