Meet our Seagull Friend

Their name is Jarlsch, which is an acronym for the names of the creatives who created our Seagull.

We're excited to share with you that a group of young people here at AEE have worked together on a fabulous Seagull as part of The Margate Seagull Project!

The Margate Seagull Project is a community art installation by Hannah Warner and Because Creative for Dreamland Margate.

The project brought together local community groups and creative organisations that Dreamland support to create an ‘Seagull Search’ art trail in the park. Eleven wooden birds have been uniquely decorated by those involved and hidden across the park for visitors to find. Outside (near the roller disco) you’ll find a large seagull spin-wheel installation, encouraging visitors to ‘Spin the Wheel’ to decide which seagull to search for.
