Arts Education Exchange are hiring - AEE Young Leader

We are excited to invite applicants to apply for the role of AEE Young Leader. Candidates will have an interest in the creative arts and learning/sharing skills and knowledge with others. They will be required to assist AEE tutors during sessions and will receive supervision from the AEE core team to support and monitor their progress. This programme is aimed at unemployed youth not in education or training (NEETs).

We invite all applicants to read the job description and to complete and return the attached application form by 12:00 (midday) on Friday 17th January 2020. 

Interviews will be held on the following dates:

Thursday 30th January 2020

The role start date is W/C 24th February 2020 where the successful candidate will be required to complete an organisational staff induction and training day.

This position will include Arts Award Gold Level (Level 3 qualification). This award will facilitate personal creative practice development as well as leadership opportunities, which will integrate other aspects of our activity, for example organising and leading event management for exhibitions etc. The successful candidate will receive 2 hours a week tutor support for their personal practice in their chosen area of interest.
